I’ll be the outside eye for your form, and guide you through exercises designed to bring you back to life. If we find ourselves stuck in a stubborn movement pattern, we can move to the massage table and add touches of FST as needed.

A gentle and balanced approach to functional movement through manual stretching. Lie on the table and receive. Step off the table with more clarity.
